ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 25, 2025 <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Webster called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Webster invited the Council and audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />III. ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Webster, Councilmembers Lona Doolan, Nadia Elnagdy, Jan Jenson, and <br />Thomas Randle. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker, Assistant City Manager Ashley Morello, Fire Chief <br />Diaz, and Deputy Fire Chief Mattie Jaros. <br />Others Present: None. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE <br />FOLLOWING ITEMS. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 25, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Doolan, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of November 25, 2025, as presented. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Fire Prevention Poster Winners <br />Deputy Fire Chief Mattie Jaros presented the 2025 Fire Prevention Poster Contest Winners. The <br />theme for 2025 was Sprinkler Your Home for a Fire Safe Zone. Deputy Chief Jaros reviewed the <br />Fire Department Community Programs and School Outreach. The 2024 winners from St. <br />Anthony Village were Claudia Sieve and Liliana Klement. They both received honorable <br />mention at the State level. <br />The winners for 2025 were 01 Place - Gretta Carlson, Wilshire Park, 31 Place — Felicity <br />Johnson, St. Charles, 2nd Place — Beatrice Lawson, Wilshire Park, and 1st Place — Louisa <br />Albrecht, Wilshire Park. Photographs were taken with the certificate presentations by Fire Chief <br />Diaz. Mayor Webster and the Council congratulated all the winners. <br />
