Q <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1994 <br />Shirley Chenoweth was presented a gift by Mayor Baldwin for her dedicated years as <br />an employee of the City of Falcon Heights. The gift was a gold pin in the shape of an <br />abstract bird with a sapphire stone and the initials "fh" scrolled on the pin. <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:07 P.M. <br />ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Hustad, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs.
