Also present <br />were Chenoweth, Hoyt and Maurer. <br />MINUTES OF 4/22/92 APPROVED <br />The Minutes of May 22, 1992 were approved by unanimous consent. <br />ADDENDUM TO CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council approved the addition of Item C-8, Authorization for city <br />Clerk to Submit Presidential Primary Election Reimbursement <br />Request, to the Consent Agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />1. Disbursements: <br />a. General Disbursements through 5/7/92, $102,840.84 <br />b. Payroll, 4/16/92 - 4/30/92, $10,569.72 <br />2. Licenses: Mr. Movies, #0961 and Nelson Water, Inc. <br />#09 62 <br />3. Approval of Variance Request from Albrecht, 2291 Hoyt, <br />to Construct a Garage 14 Feet from Front Lot Line <br />4. Approval of Request from Thimsen, 1857 Fairview, for a <br />247 Sq. Ft. Variance from the Accessory Building Lot <br />Coverage Requirement to Allow for Addition of a Four <br />Season Porch to the Existing Double Garage <br />5. Approval of Cable Company Purchase of Video Playback <br />Deck for the City, (to be Funded by City Cable Funds) <br />6. Awarding of the Community Park Play Equipment Project <br />to E. F. Anderson & Associates ($30,000) <br />7. Cancellation of June 10, 1992 Council Meeting <br />8. Authorization for City Clerk to Submit Request for <br />Reimbursement of Certain Presidential Primary Expenses <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED CLEVELAND AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS, <br />LARPENTEUR TO CLEVELAND <br />Baldwin opened the hearing at 7:09 p.m. and explained the only <br />affected abutting property is owned by the University of <br />Minnesota. There being no one wishing to be heard the hearing <br />was closed at 7:10 p.m. Jacobs then moved adoption of <br />Resolution R-92-16 which carried unanimously. <br />
