1.3'~ <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 26, 1992 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br />PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs. Also present were <br />Chenoweth and Hoyt. <br />ABSENT <br />Gehrz <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF 8/12/92 <br />Council approved the Minutes of August 12, 1992 by unanimous <br />consent. <br />ADDENDA TO CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council approved addition of the following items to the Consent <br />Agenda, Item C-6, Municipal License #0981, Falcon Heights Fire <br />Relief Association, and Item C-8, Authorization for Maier Stewart <br />to provide part-time inspection of the Rottlund Homes project. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent: <br />1. Disbursements: <br />a. General Disbursements through 8/19/92, $194,468.53 <br />b. Payroll, 8/1/92 - 8/15/92. $11,615.32 <br />2. Adoption of Resolution R-92-32 and authorization to <br />sign and submit Certificate of Approval relating to <br />Fire Relief Association vesting policy <br />3. Approval of $250.00 expenditure for employee <br />appreciation event <br />4. Authorization to sign CURA contract for student intern <br />at a cost of $3,046.45 <br />5. Resignation of Ed Finegan from the Planning Commission <br />6. Authorization for Maier Stewart to provide part-time <br />inspection of the Rottlund Homes Maple Knolls Courtyard <br />project at estimated cost of $2,000.00 <br />APPROVAL OF LEASE AND SITE PLAN FOR AMOCO STATION AT 1691 N. <br />SNELLING <br />Hoyt presented the proposed lease and agreement with AMOCO for a <br />portion of the west Snelling service road which would allow for <br />
