<br />NOVEMBER 13, 1975
<br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was
<br />called to order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:02 p.m.
<br />Mayor ;~Jarkentien, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, Black, and PRESENT
<br />Labalestra. Also present were Clerk-Administrator Barnes,
<br />Engineer Lemberg, and Attorney Kenefick.
<br />~1one . ABSENT
<br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Labalestra APP:~OVAL
<br />to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 23, MINUTES:
<br />1975, as corrected. Upon a vote being taken, the following OCTOBER
<br />voted "aye": Mayor~7arkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, 1975
<br />Steel®, and Labalestra, and the followir~ voted "nay": None.
<br />Motion 'carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Black to
<br />approve the minutes of the special meeting of October 30,
<br />1975, as submitted. Upon a vote being taken, the following
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund,
<br />and Steele, and the following abstained: Councilman Labalestra.
<br />Motion carried.
<br />tZayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and
<br />moved its adoption:
<br />RESOLUTION N0. 75-31
<br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE CAN-
<br />VASSING BOARD MEETING OF NOVEM~i. 5, 1975.
<br />Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing Resolution and
<br />upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor
<br />Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra,
<br />and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Ecklund
<br />to approve General Corporate License #331 for Hermes Floral
<br />Compar~y,2001 West Larpenteur Avenue, and License #332 for
<br />B & J Midway Floral, Inc., 1871 West Larpenteur Avenue, to
<br />sell Christmas trees. Upon a vote being taken, the following
<br />voted !aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Black, Steele,
<br />Ecklund, and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None.
<br />Motion carried.
