<br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
<br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA
<br />FEBRUARY 12, 1976
<br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Gity Council was called
<br />to order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:10 p.m.
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and PRESENT
<br />Labalestra. Also present were Clerk-Administrator r3arnes, Engineer
<br />Lemberg, and Attorney Kenefick.
<br />None.
<br />ABSENT
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Ecklund to APPROVAL OF
<br />approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of Januar~r 22, 1976, MINUTES:
<br />as corrected. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted JANUARY 22,
<br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, 1976
<br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": Non®. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />There ware three different chairs available for Council to DISCUSSION:
<br />inspect at the meeting. However, since another chair was not NEW OIAIRS
<br />available for display, it was agreed to hold this matter over FOR COUNCIL
<br />to another meeting, at which the fourth chair could also be CHAMBERS
<br />inspected before a decision was made.
<br />Moved by Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Black to approve the GENERAL
<br />General Payroll, January 16 - 31, 1976, in the amount of PA7C30LL,
<br />$3,732.30. Upon a vote being taken, the following vot®d "aye": JANUARY 31,
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, St®e1e, and Labales- 1976
<br />tra, and the following voted "nay's: None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Black, second®d bT Councilman Labalestra GENERAL
<br />to approve the General Payroll, February Z - 15, 1976, in the PAYROLL:
<br />amount of $3,777.87. Upon a vote b®ing taken, the following FEBRUARY 15,
<br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steel®, 1976
<br />and Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Labalestra, seconded by Councilman St®e1e to LIQUOR PAYROLL,
<br />approve the Liquor Payroll, January 16 - 31, 1976, in the amount JANUARY 31,
<br />of $1,900.9I~. Upon a vot,® being taken, the following voted "ay®": 1976
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Tcklund, Ste®le, and Labales-
<br />tra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
<br />Moved by Councilman Steele, seconded by Councilman Labalestra to LIQUOR PAYROLL,
<br />approve the Liquor Payroll, February 1 - 15, 1976, in the amount FEBRUARY 15,
<br />of $1,701.08. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": 1976
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labales-
<br />tra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried.
