u <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 11, 1976 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called <br />to order by Acting Mayor Black at 7:00 p.m. <br />Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra. <br />Also present were Clerk-Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg, <br />and Attorney K enef ick . <br />Mayor Warkentien. <br />~,: 2 ~ ~~ <br />PRESENT <br />ABSENT <br />Moved by Councilman Ecklund, seconded by Councilman Steele to APPROVAL OF <br />approve the Minutes of the regular meeting of February 26, 1976, MINUTES: <br />as corrected. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted FEBRUARY 26, <br />"aye": Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and 1976 <br />Labalestra, and the following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Ecklund introduced the following Resolution and moved RESOLUTION <br />its adoption: N0. 76-8: <br />REGARDING <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76-8 "NO BUILD" <br />~.: AREA <br />A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br />A DWELLING IN A "NO BUILD" AREA <br />1 <br />1 <br />Councilman Labalestra seconded the foregoing Resolution and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, and the following <br />voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien arrived at 7:25 p.m. and assumed the chair at <br />7:30 p.m. <br />Councilman Black introduced the following Ordinance and moved ORDINANCE <br />its adoption: N0. 1~.9: <br />AMENDING <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 6L~, ENTITLED ORDINANCE <br />"THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF FALCON HEIGHTS, RELATED N0. 6i~, <br />TO A COMPREHENSIVE AMENDMENT AND REZONING OF THE VETERINARIAN <br />VILLAGE, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 8, ORIGINALLY OFFICES AND <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS ON OCTOBER 21, SMALL ANIMAL <br />19l~9 ." HOSPITALS <br />Councilman Steele seconded the foregoing motion to adopt Ordinance <br />No. 1l~9, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor <br />thereof <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra, <br />and the following voted against: None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black and Attorney Kenefick reviewed the history of CONDITIONAL <br />the request for conditional use permitting the operation of a USE REQUEST: <br />small animal hospital by Dr. David Silverman, 163l~ Ninth Street, VETERINARY <br />HOSPITAL, <br />1660 NORTH <br />SNELLING <br />
