MINUTES REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA 1 MAY 26, 1977 A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 pm • °~ 46 Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele PRESENT and Labalestra. Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kenefick None Councilman Labalestra moved and was seconded by Councilman Steele to approve the items on the Consent Agenda as follows: 1. Ramsey County Sheriff's Rep., April, 1977 2. General disbursements in the amount of $23,343.90. 3. Liquor disbursement in the amount of $20,914.58 4. Sinking Fund disbursements in the amount of $7,688.00 5. General payroll (5-16 - 31/77) in the amount of $3,753.90 6. Liquor payroll (5-16 - 31/77) in the amount of $1,817.75 7. Falcon Heights Fire Dept. Rep., Nos. 37,38 and 40 8. Basic Field incident rep., No. 39 Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, and Labalestra. The fallowing voted "nay": None. Motion carried. ABSENT APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA Councilman Steele moved and it was seconded by Councilman APPROVAL OF Labalestra to approve, as submitted, the minutes of MINUTES OF May 12, 1977. Upon a vote being taken the following MAY 12, 1977 voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilman Black, Ecklund, Steele and Labalestra. The following voted "nay". None. Motion carried. Mr. & Mrs. N. L. Hermes, 1755 St. Mary's Avenue, along APPROVAL OF with their son, Ralph Hermes, appeared before the Council VARIANCE FOR once again to request approval of their variance appli- FENCE FOR cation to erect a 5' cyclone fence on the westerly and N. I. HERMES northerly lot lines of Lot 7 of the Crossroads addition.
