"~ <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA <br />JULY 13, 1972 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Council was called to order by Acting Mayor <br />Stone at 8:00 P.M. <br />PRESENT: Acting P~Zayor Stone, Councilmen Black, Ecklund. Mayor j~3arkentien arrived <br />at 8:15 P.M. Also present were Clerk-Administrator Barnes, Engineer <br />Lemberg, Attorney Seed,and Mrs. Stocker, newly appointed Councilwoman. <br />ABSENT: Councilman Taylor <br />1972 Street Pursuant to advertisement for Bids for the Village Street <br />Improvement and. Maintenance, Sealcoating and Improvement project of 1972, <br />Sealcoating Bids of the northwest quadrant, Bids were received and opened at <br />for Northwest 8:00 P.M., on July 13, 1972, and referred to the Village <br />Quadrant: Engineer for tabulation. <br /> SUMI~iARY OF BIDS <br /> Bituminous Roadways Inc. $ 10,170.00 <br /> Bernard N. Aschbach 12,998.50 <br /> Bituminous Construction Co., Inc.. 11,286.00 <br /> $100,000 Municipal Pursuant to advertisement for Bids for Municipal Building <br /> Building Revenue Revenue Bonds of 1972, Bids were received and opened at <br /> Bonds - Liquor Store - 8:15 P.M. <br /> Resolution 72-17: <br /> SUMMARY OF BIDS <br /> Allison Williams Company $ 61,877.50 <br /> T~Zoore, Juran & Company, Inc. 6,285.00 <br /> Juran & rioody, Inc. 65,537.50 <br />NTayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 72-17 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID ON SALE OF $100,000 <br />MUNICIPAL BUILDING REVENUE BONDS OF 1972 <br />AWARDED TO ALLISON-WILLTAMS COr~.'ANY, NORTH- <br />~JESTERN BANK BUILDING, MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Stone, and the following <br />voted against: Councilman Ecklund, whereupon the Resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
