"~ MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING FALCON HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA JULY 13, 1972 A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Council was called to order by Acting Mayor Stone at 8:00 P.M. PRESENT: Acting P~Zayor Stone, Councilmen Black, Ecklund. Mayor j~3arkentien arrived at 8:15 P.M. Also present were Clerk-Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg, Attorney Seed,and Mrs. Stocker, newly appointed Councilwoman. ABSENT: Councilman Taylor 1972 Street Pursuant to advertisement for Bids for the Village Street Improvement and. Maintenance, Sealcoating and Improvement project of 1972, Sealcoating Bids of the northwest quadrant, Bids were received and opened at for Northwest 8:00 P.M., on July 13, 1972, and referred to the Village Quadrant: Engineer for tabulation. SUMI~iARY OF BIDS Bituminous Roadways Inc. $ 10,170.00 Bernard N. Aschbach 12,998.50 Bituminous Construction Co., Inc.. 11,286.00 $100,000 Municipal Pursuant to advertisement for Bids for Municipal Building Building Revenue Revenue Bonds of 1972, Bids were received and opened at Bonds - Liquor Store - 8:15 P.M. Resolution 72-17: SUMMARY OF BIDS Allison Williams Company $ 61,877.50 T~Zoore, Juran & Company, Inc. 6,285.00 Juran & rioody, Inc. 65,537.50 NTayor Warkentien introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 72-17 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID ON SALE OF $100,000 MUNICIPAL BUILDING REVENUE BONDS OF 1972 AWARDED TO ALLISON-WILLTAMS COr~.'ANY, NORTH- ~JESTERN BANK BUILDING, MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Black, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Stone, and the following voted against: Councilman Ecklund, whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
