MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING

<br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order by
<br />Acting Mayor Black at 8:00 P.N1.
<br />Acting Mayor Black, Councilmen Ecklund, Steele, and PRESENT
<br />Labalestra. Also present were Clerk-Administrator
<br />Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kenefick.
<br />Mayor Warkentien who was on a business trip. ABSENT
<br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, MINUTES
<br />to anp rove the minutes of the regular meeting of May 23,
<br />19711, as corrected. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra,
<br />to app rove the minutes of the special meeting of June 3,
<br />1971, as corrected. Motion carried.

<br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEtnTALS
<br />approve the following Cigarette License renewals for
<br />the period of July 1, 1971 through June 30, 1975:
<br />Applebaum's Food Market, 1558 W. Larpenteur
<br />Borgstrom Pharmacy, 1583 N. Hamline
<br />Fal con Lanes, 1550 W. Larpenteur
<br />Mr. Ems System, Inc. (Embers), 1700 N. Snelling
<br />Moore Way Company, (GTA) 1667 N. Snelling
<br />Theisen Vending Company (Municipal Liquor Store), 1708 N. Snelling
<br />Motion unanimously carried.
<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund,
<br />to approve the Cigarette License renewal for the Lido
<br />Cafe, 1611 TrJ. Larpenteur, for the period of July 1, 197t~,
<br />through June 30, 1975. Upon a vote being taken thereon,
<br />the following voted in favor thereof : Acting Mayor
<br />Black, Councilmen Ecklund, and Steele, and the following
<br />voted against the same: None. Councilman Labalestra
<br />abstained. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Black, FILLING STATION LICENSE
<br />to approve the following Filling Station License renewals RENEWALS
<br />for the period of July 1, 1971 through June 30, 1975:
<br />Farmers Union Grain Terminal Assoc., 1667 N. Snelling
<br />Fill-Up, Inc., 1693 N. Snelling
<br />Motion unanimously carried.
<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR
<br />to approve the following Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License LICENSE RENEWALS
<br />renewals for the period of July 1, 197? through June 30,
<br />1975:
<br />Falcon Lanes, Inc., 1550 W. Larr~enteur - "Off-Sale"
<br />Falcon Lanes, Inc., 1550 W. Larpenteur - "On-Sale"
<br />Applebaum's Food Market, 1558 W. Larr~enteur - "Off-Sale"
<br />Motion unanimously carried.
