<br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order by Mayor
<br />Warkentien at 8:00 P.M.
<br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmen Black, Ecklund, Steele, PRESENT
<br />and I~abalestra. Also present were Clerk-Administrator
<br />Barnes, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kenefick.
<br />None. ABSENT
<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to MINUTES
<br />approve the minutes of the meeting of June 27, 1971, as
<br />corrected. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Ecklund moved, seconded by Councilman Black, to CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWAL
<br />approve the Cigarette License renewal for the Falcon Oil
<br />Company, 1350 W. Larpenteur Avenue, for the period of
<br />July 1, 197 through June 30, 1975. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Labalestra moved, seconded by Councilman Steele, FILLING STATION LICENSE
<br />to approve the following Filling Station License renewals RENEG~TALS
<br />for the period of July 1, 1971 through June 30, 1975.

<br />Councilman Steele moved, seconded by 1'4ayor Z•larkentien, to NON-INTOXICATING MALT LICJUOR
<br />approve the Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License renewal LICENSE RENEWAL
<br />for the period of July 1, 19711 through June 30, 1975, to
<br />A. Gordon Schierman, P•Zidway P•1en's Club, in the Minnesota
<br />State Fairgrounds. T~Zotion carried.
<br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Labalestra, REFUSE I3AULER~S LICENSE RENEWAL
<br />to approve the Refuse Haulers License renetaal for the
<br />period of July 1, 197i~ through June 30, 1975, to Robert
<br />J. Berres DBA Atlas Disposal Service. Motion carried.
<br />Councilman Black moved, seconded by Councilman Ecklund, VARIANCE 1810 ASBURY
<br />that the variance request submitted by William Duddleston,
<br />181.0 Asbury Avenue, to install a seven foot fence, in
<br />liew of a six foot fence, as required by Ordinance, be
<br />ref erred to the Falcon Heights Planning Commission.
<br />Motion carried.
