1$87 <br />1 <br />REGULAR 2~EETING PdA.RCH 27, 1963 <br />The regular meeting was ca].l.ed to order at 7sOO P.~d, with the follvNrir:g <br />members being presents Harold C. Nilsen, Mayor; George Shavor, Trustee; <br />Willis Warkentien, Trustee; Charles Stone, Trustee; ~. A. Mortenson, <br />Clerk. Also present were William E. Olsen, Treasurer; Brad Lemberg, <br />Village Engineer; Michael Galvin, Village Attorney; and Norman Gilbert, <br />Deputy Clerk and Deputy Treasurer. <br />Financial. State- Proof from Printing Co. was presented by Mr. <br />went -Year end Mortenson and was checked by the Council for <br />Dec. 31, 1962.: changes and corrections. After completion of <br />corrections it was advised to have the Printer <br />make the necessary changes and have a new proof <br />presented to the Council at the next meeting. <br />Village Main- ~. Kenneth Fletcher Quern accepted the position <br />tenance Man: of Village Maintenance Man, according to the <br /> terms stated on March 1l~th. He accepted the <br /> position March 15th at a salary of x.75.00 per <br /> month and is to start work March 18th, 1963. <br /> Mr. ~Sortenson checked on PERA for 3,dr. Quern and <br /> an application is to be filled out by BSr. Quern <br /> and mailed to the PERA office. <br />League of lbs. Frank Pieper, 1583 Vincent St., and Mrs. <br />Women Voters: Ernest Rieke of 2211 Folwell St. were present <br /> as members of the League of Women Voters. <br />Hermes Pump Mr. N. Hermes and Pete Hermes were present and <br />Station at State presented neat blue prints for pump station north <br />Fair Car Wachs of the State Fair Car Wash. It was moved by <br /> ~. Stone and seconded by Mr. Mortenson to accept <br /> the fo1.7.a~ring resolutions <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLOT PLAN AS <br />MODIFIED AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR HER~~S STATE FAIR CAR WASH <br />WHEREAS, on or about February 13, 1963, the State <br />Fair Car Wash applied for a Conditional Use Permit <br />under the provisions of Section 16.5 of Ordinance <br />No. 6!~ of the V311age of Falcon Heights, in order <br />to install gas pumps in an area presently zoned <br />as B-2, and <br />WHEREAS, said Application for Conditional Use <br />Permit has been referred by the Village of <br />Falcon Heights Village Council to fine Planning <br />Commission of said Village, and said Permit has <br />been approved by said Planning Commission <br />
