1903 <br />SPECIAL MEETING L2AY 1, 1963 <br />. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P,tb1. with the fol7.oaring members <br />being present: Harold C. Nilsen, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; and <br />Willis Warkentien, Trustee. Also present were~Brad Lemberg, Village <br />Engineer; and Ray Schommer. <br />Mr. Ray Schommeris Idr. Ray Schommer of 1l~97 West Idaho appeared <br />Swimming Pool Display; before the Planning Commission April 17 to <br />present his plans for establishing a Swimming <br />Pool Display. The Planning Commission rec- <br />ommended that his petition for a conditional <br />use premit be granted. <br />It was moved by Shavor, seconded by Warkentien <br />that the following Resolution be adopted. <br />Carried. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />WHEREAS, Ray Schommer, of the V311age <br />of Falcon Heights, Minnesota, has made an <br />application to the Zoning Administrator of <br />the Village of Falcon Heights for a variance <br />permit under the provisions of Ordinance No. <br />6l~, Section 16.l~, and, <br />4YHEREAS, the property subject to said <br />request for variance permit is described as <br />Lot ]~ and ~ of Block 10 , Keller~s <br />Additio to tie Village o~ Falcon Heights <br />and at the present time is zoned B-2, and <br />WHERF~S, the application for said <br />variance permit has been referred by the <br />Village Council to the Planning Commission <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights which has <br />reviewed said application in its entirety <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, teh Falcon Heights Planning <br />Commission has recommended to the Village <br />Council of the Village of Falcon Heights in <br />items letter dated April 29, 1963 that said <br />variance permit be issued, conditioned as <br />hereinafter set forth: <br />NCB', THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the <br />Village Council of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights: <br />
