2230 <br />REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 1l~, 1965 <br />The regular meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. with the following members <br />present: Nilsen, Strandquist, Stone and Black. Also present were Attorney <br />Galvin, Engineer Lemberg, Treasurer Olsen and Deputy Clerk T. Vavoulis, <br />Absent: Trustee Willis Warkentien. <br />Stone moved, seconded by Nilsen that the minutes of the regular meeting of <br />March 21~, 1965 be approved, <br />Black moved, seconded by Stone that the minutes of the meeting of March 10, <br />1965, with corrections, be approved. <br />~rESE ,vr <br />Mrs. Bruce Finlayson was representing the League of Women Voters. <br />Correspondences ' <br />Family of Carl H. ~4rs, Carl H. Keller acknowledged receipt of and thanked <br />Ke11er: the members of the council for expressions of sympathy, <br />Tree consultant Letter dated April 1!~ from Dr. Hard advising tree work <br />C. Gustav Hard: had been completed and payment should be authorized <br />was read. Carried. <br /> Proposed Apartment Black introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> Buildings - its adoption. <br /> 1700 West Larpenteurs <br /> Kil.lmer's Nurseries WHEREAS, Clarence Lowe.. and H. Goemann have made <br /> an application to the Village of Falcon Heights for <br /> a conditional use and variance permit for that property <br /> described as the East 20 rods of the NW 1/?~ of the NE <br /> 1/~. of See. 21, Twsp. 29, R. 23 for construction of <br /> apartment buildings on said property and have filed <br /> the same along with the fee of X10,00, and <br /> WHEREAS, said application was referred to the <br /> Planning Commission in accordance with provisions of <br /> Ordinance 6t~, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed <br />said application, has conferred with the Village <br /> Engineer and with representatives of the applicant, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed <br /> the effect of the proposed variance and conditional <br />
