REGULAR. P,EETING OF DECE?~BER 1~., 1966 2t~83 The meeting was called to order at 7s00 P.~4, with the following members present: Acting Mayor Warkentien, Clerk Strandquist, Councilmen Black, Warkentien and Stone. Absent: Mayor Nilsen. Also present were Attorney Kyle, Engineer Lemberg and Treasurer Olsen. Minutes: Black moved, seconded by Warkentien that the minutes of the meeting of October 22, 1966 be approved. Carried. ffiack moved, seconded by Strandquist that the minutes of the meeting of October 29, 1966 be approved. Carried. Black moved, seconded by Strandquist that the minutes of the meeting of November 9, 1966 be approved. Carried. Black moved, seconded by Strandquist that the minutes of the meeting of November 23, 1966 be approved. Carried.
