Isak-
Overcharge sen, 1582 Hollywood Court, in which he stated that since 1958
he has been overcharged over X12.50 per year. This is due to
the fact that the St. Paul Water Department lists his meter
as 5/S" and he is billed on the basis of a 1" meter. Council-
man Black moved that the matter be referred to Village Engin-
eer Brad Lemberg. The motion was seconded by Councilman Stone
and passed unanimously.
