2585 REGULAR MEETING OF JULY 13, 1967 The meeting was called to order at 7=00 P.M. with the following members presents Acting Mayor Warkenti.en, Clerk S trandquist, Councilmen Black and Stone. Absent: Mayor Nilsen. ,Also present were Treasurer Olsen, Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Ryle. Minutess Stone moved seconded by Black that the minutes of the meeting of June 22, 1967 be approved. Ayes: A]1. Nayss None. Motion was carried. _ „ 1 1 Correspondence Ramsey County Letter under date of July 5, 1967 from Frank Paskewitz, Historical Chairman of the School. House Committee of the Ramsey Societys County Historical Society stated the school house project has been completed. Appreciation was expressed to council for cooperation given. Juran and Moody Letter under date of June 26 addressed to Mayor Nilsen Municipal Bonds concerned inclusion o.f the tax levy for the 1966_Northeast N.E. Storm Sewer Area Storm Sewer Project financing on the over-all tax Project 66-1t levy chart._ Project 67-1 Copy of letter from County Auditor to County Engineer N.E. Sanitary tinder date of July 10, 1967.,, advised that Board of County Serer and Engineers approved construction of water and serer Water Mains extensions in the rights of way of county roads, Letter from Lyle H. Smith, acting director Minnesota Pollution Control. Agency under date of June 30 acknowledged receipt of_plans and specifications for.sexerage facilities in this village. In that agencyss opinion, the plans are satisfactory and will be submitted to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency with recommendation that approval and permit for construction be granted. Rice, stated Complaint there is an unsightly accumulation of rubbish, ®ld bed Regarding springs, etc. next to the row of garages at the rear of Accumulation of 1510 West Larpenteur Avenue. Request was made that Rubbish: owners be notified to,clean this accumulation and also . keep the general area and buildings clean.
