<br />bdl.present: Harold ^. Nilsen, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee;
<br />Wi3.lis Warkentien, Trustee. Also present: William E. Olsen, Treasurer;
<br />Frank N. Graham, Attorney; Ethel White, Asaiatsnt Clerk and William R.
<br />Utecht. Mr. Graha® took the minutea of the meeting.
<br />Harold C. Nilsen, George J. Shavor and William E. Olsen were sworn in
<br />as Mayor, Trustee and Treasurer, respectively. The minutes of the
<br />December 19, 1957 oseeting were ordered approved as submitted.
<br />Clyde J. Stewart,' The mayor reported that Clyde J. Stewart,
<br />Death Y113.age Mark, had. d1.ed suddenly on December 25,
<br />= 1957.. After diocusalon,~Attlaen roved that the
<br />• o!'fice of Village Clerk be declared vacant for
<br /> the balance of Clyde J. 3tawart's teraa expiring
<br /> December 31, 2958. 3ecotxied by Shavor and motion
<br /> carried unanimously.
