`~ 9 <br />SPECIAL MEETING, THURSDAY, Feb. 6, 1958. <br />Meeting called to order at 7:30 P. M., the following Council ~~embers being pres- <br />ent: Harold C. Nilsen, bRayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; Willis Warkentien, <br />Trustee; Paul L. Coppini, Trustee and William R. Utecht, Clerk. Also present: <br />William E. Olsen, Treasurer; Frank N. Graham, Attorney and Ethel White, Deputy <br />Clerk and Treasurer. <br />The Minutes of the January 23rd meeting were ordered approved as submitted. <br />Trustee ~dtr. Paul L. Coppini took his oath of office as Trustee. <br />Soil Sample Letter from Twin City Soil Company was read and, after discussion <br />Device Mr. Shavor moved that the matter be turned over to the Village <br />Attorney. Seconded by Warkentien and motion unanimously carried. <br />Pothen After discussion, Mayor Nilsen moved the ado tion of <br />Assess- P <br />menu the following Resolution <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTING SANITARY SEWER <br />SYSTEM. NO. 1 ASSESSMENT OF NICHOLAS J. <br />POTHEN PROPERTY ON HAMLINE AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, on August 15, 1957, the Village Council <br />by resolution unanimously adopted the assessment roll <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement System No. 1 which was <br />thereafter certified to the County Auditor and extended <br />on the proper tax lists of the county; and <br />WHEREAS, the said assessment roll, showed Nicholas <br />J. Pothen owning the following described property in <br />Falcon Heights: <br />"Sub to Hamline Ave and Ex N 5~+ Ft. <br />and Ex S 276 Ft The E 167 Ft of S 1/2 <br />of E 8 Acres of NE 1/~+ of SW 1/~ of <br />Section 15-29-23" <br />having 335 ft, of frontage on Hamline Avenue for which an <br />assessment of 3,001.60 was made; and <br />WHEREAS, a survey made by F. J. Armstrong, Civil <br />Engineer in May, 1952 shows that Mr. Pothen 's property only <br />has assessable frontage of 331.07 feet on Hamline Avenue and <br />that the 335 foot figure which was based upon Ramsey County <br />records is in error; and <br />WHEREAS, the correct assessment on the above described <br />property should be $2,965.76; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />
