Letter requested permission for <br />property to be used as duplex or multiple dwelling purpose, It <br />was moved by Stone, seconded by Shavor and voted to refer same to <br />the Planning Commission. ".'oder <br />was advised to contact Plant, and that the Council would take action <br />at the next regular meeting if a report had been received from the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Planning: The Clerk :eras instructed to ~:rrite :Members of the Planning Commission <br />requesting tha+., they turn in their Planning gooks so they could be <br />brought up to date. <br />Sign: Letter from Donald Shannon, 1890 Tatum, requesting permission to <br />place an advertising sign on the garden property of Geo. Mr. Shannon °rras advised that the <br />zoning ordinance specifies th:~t no advertising signs will be permitted <br />in "R" Districts. <br />Sewer: '_:~Irs. F. Sorensen, 1783 Holton,appeared before the Council to advise <br />that when the sewer installer (Rosetown Sanitation) dug from their <br />boulevard to the street, he found that the bell on one piece of file <br />was broken and three tiles were found to have back-pitch so it could <br />not drain. It vras moved by Shavor, seconded by V+arker.tien, and <br />voted that, the claim of X93.00 be alloyed provided :ins.
