MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 11, 198 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights Council was called to order at <br />7:00 p.m. by Baldwin <br />PRESENT <br />All members present: Baldwin, Wallin, Hard, Cierrtia, and Chenoweth. Also <br />present were Barnes, Schroeder and Sehunieht. <br />ADDENDUM TO AGENDA <br />Baldwin moved, seconded by Hard, addition of the following item to the <br />agenda: Discussion of Unsightly Residences. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Ciernia moved, seconded by Hard, approval of the Consent Agenda. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />MINUTES OF MAY 28, 1986 APPROVED <br />Chenoweth moved, seconded by Ciernia, approval of the Minutes of May 28, <br />1986. Motion carried unanimously. <br />BULLSEYE GOLF-O-MATS TO BE LICENSID - CONDITIONAL USE DEEMED UNNECESSARY <br />As discussed at the May 28th meeting Council concurred the Golf-O-Mat <br />games at Bullseye Golf and any subsequent parking problems could be <br />monitored by licensing rather than granting a permanent conditional use. <br />Chenoweth moved, seconded by Hard, licensing of the machines at $15.00 per <br />machine. Motion carried unanimously. <br />SUBDIVISION/DEVELOPMENT NORTH OF LINDIG CUL-DE-SAC DISCUSSED <br />Council reviewed the Attorneys letter dated June 9th relating to legal <br />implications relating to subdivision, after which Sehunieht reviewed <br />drawings oP the area under discussion, explained reduction in size of the <br />"no build" area, and reviewed his report dated June 6, 1986 relating to <br />extension of utilities and costs to be assessed. (A copy of the report is <br />on file in the Clerks office.) <br />HENRY LOOS, owner of a lot in the proposed assessment area, ob3eeted to <br />paying for sewer extension to the north as he felt his lot would not <br />benefit, commented on the fact that he retains a one foot strip of land <br />for which he would expect reimbursement, and also objected to bearing <br />extra expense of a small pro~eat. <br />G.H. BEHRENS, 1816 TATUM, one of the persons proposing construction of a <br />home in the area felt his lot would not benefit from the storm sewer, and <br />was advised by Sehunieht that the street cannot be built without the storm <br />sewer. <br />HENRY LOOS stated a eul-de-sae had not been mentioned last year when he <br />considered developing his lot, and felt it to be an expensive item which <br />would not benefit his property. Baldwin explained the Fire Department <br />needed the space for maneuvering emergency vehicles. <br />4r <br />
