MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 1986 ~~ <br />A regular Meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order at <br />7:00 by Baldwin. <br />PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, and Wallin. Also present were Barnes and Schunicht <br />ABSENT <br />Hard and Chenoweth (Chenoweth arrived later). <br />ADDENDA TO AGENDA <br />Baldwin moved, seconded by Wallin, addition of the following items to the <br />agenda: (1) Resignation of Deborah Trent-Sullivan from the Planning <br />Commission, and (2) Appointment of Carolyn Nestingen to the Planning <br />Commission. Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Wallin moved, seconded by Ciernia, approval of the Consent Agenda. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />MINUTES OF AUGUST 27, 1986 APPROVED <br /> Baldwin moved, seconded by Wallin, approval of the Minutes of August 27, 1986. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ZAPPA VARIANCE REQUEST DEFERRED TO 9/24/96 <br /> Baldwin moved, seconded by Wallin, deferral of the variance request from <br /> Patricia Zappa, 1853 Simpson, to September 24, 1986 as the Planning Commission <br /> lacked a quorum and was unable to take action on the matter. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />FINAL PAYMENT TO BUFFALO BITUMINOUS APPROVED - RESOLUTION R-86-34 <br />Wallin moved, seconded by Ciernia, adoption of Resolution R-86-34. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION R-86-34 <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT OF <br />$42,466.01 TO BUFFALO BITUMINOUS, INC. FOR THE 1986 SEAL- <br />COATING (NORTHEAST QUADRANT) <br />RESOLUTION R-86-35 REDUCING THE DEBT LEVY IN THE YEAR 1987 <br />Ciernia moved, seconded by Wallin, adoption of Resolution R-86-35. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION R-86-35 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO REDUCE <br />THE DEBT LEVY BY $25,400 IN THE YEAR 1987, WHICH WAS <br />TO BE PROVIDED FOR IN THE GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX INCREMENT <br />(525M) OF SEPTEMBER 1, 1983 <br />
