<br />Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm.
<br />Minutes of Regular Meeting, Nov. 22, 1949, of Special ~3eeting, Dec. 3, 1949, of Canvass-
<br />ing Board Meeting, Dec. ?, 1949, and of Special Meeting, Dec. 7, 1949, were read and
<br />approved.
<br />Corrections Minutes of Regular Meeting, Dec. 13, 1949, read and Corrected to show
<br />and Addition Art Lindig arriving at meeting at 10 pm. and to record his vote for
<br />to Minutes of adoption of Ordinance No. 9. Also the following addition was made:
<br />Dec. 13, 1949 "gamy Anderson presented a proposed ordinance No. 10,
<br />Meeting. pertaining to Pire protection. After the ordinance was
<br />read, it was referred to George Shavor for further study
<br />with instruction that it be Forwarded to our attorney for
<br />re-writing and putting in legal form."
<br /> ~5inutes of December 13 meeting were then approved with said
<br /> corrections and addition.
<br /> Tree§urer's Treasurer Van Hoven reported balance as of November 30, 1949, of
<br /> Report X39,297.62. Also reported receipt of tax settlement from County Auditor,
<br /> crediting to general fund, X443.67; street and bridge, X3,252.73; fire
<br /> equipment, X792.18; fire maintenance, X1,188.27; total, X5,676.85.
<br /> Also received from Village of auderdale X200.00, covering two fire
<br /> runs in October and December standby charge of X50.00. In reporting
<br /> on balanoes in the various funds, Van Hoven stated that in view of
<br /> substantial amount in street and bridge fund, the council might wish
<br /> to transfer some of the street and bridge money to other funds,
<br /> particularly to the public safety fund in which X245.00 was needed to
<br /> meet expenses to date.
<br /> Transfer X400.00 After discussion, Lindig moved, seconded by Rysgaard, that $00.00
<br /> to Public Safety be, transferred from street and bridge fund to the public safety fund.
