<br />Teen Agets Club Gayle Weiss, representing a teen age group appearing before the
<br /> council, reported that their club is organized under the name
<br /> of the Falcon Heights Teen Age'; Club, that cards will be issued
<br /> for ell members, and that they wished to use the Yillage Hall
<br /> monthly on the second and fourth Fridays from 7:30 pm to 11:15 pm
<br /> for their canteen and dancing. It was also reported that
<br /> arrangements had been made for chaperones and for a clean-up
<br /> committee, and that present office rs of the Falcon Heights Teen
<br /> Age Club would serve until permanent officers could b® elected
<br /> on August 25. It was also reported that Clarence Rekstad will
<br /> be the council member heading the Teen Agar's organization.
<br />To have hall
<br />gratis on Stewart then moved that the Falcon Heights Teen Age Club be
<br />temporary basis. permitted to use the Yillage Hall on the exwaings desired on
<br /> a temporary basis without charge. Seconded by Rekstad and
<br /> motion adopted by unanimous vote.
<br />Street plan,
<br />Hemline, Holton, Lorris Williams, Planning Commission Chairman, appeared before
<br />Garden, Roselawn the council in connection with the proposed street plan for
<br /> property along Hemline and Holton between Garden e¢~d Roselawn,
<br /> eapecislly as to securing engineering assistance for sketching
<br /> the proposed layout of streets. It was pointed out that the
<br /> proposal ties in with the School Board plan. After discussion,
