Lindig, Trustee <br />Meeting called to order at ?:35 P.M., and minutes of regular <br />meeting, November 27, 1951, of .special meeting, December 6, 1951, and of <br />Canvassing Board meeting, December 6, 1951, were heard and. approved as read. <br />Bills: On motion by Rekstad, seeded by Shavor, the following bills <br />were ordered paid: <br />Falcon Heights State Bank, safety deposit box rental, 1952, X65.00 <br />Northwestern Bell Telephone Co., Mi 5050, 12-1-51, X14.40 <br />Baden's Pure Oil Service, gasoline, 11-10-51, X4.05 <br />Improve In connection with proposed leveling of the Village lots for play- <br />V~ildge ground purposes, Rekstad reported that the work should be done <br />lots this winter or next sp ring, depending on estimated costs which <br />he expects to receive soon. <br />Alleys As to alley in the rear of Weber's restaurant; Attorney Graham <br />reported that examination of law showed that the Village cannot <br />lose title to dedicated streets or alleys by adverse possession. <br />Vending After discussion of milk and other vending machines, Attorney <br />machines Graham was asked to check on vending machine ordinances. <br />
