331 <br />Fire Trustee Rekstad moved, seconded by Shavor, that ~ 64.61 be <br />Dept. paid to the Fire Department Relief Association from the <br />Relief Fire Department Relief Association Fund in order to close <br />Assn. out the balance in this fund received from the October tax <br /> settlement. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Insurance Fire Chief ~r-anson reported on progress made by the Regional <br />Aid to fire department association in attempting to get proper <br />Fire allocation to theā€¢$uburban communities of their fair share <br />Depts. in the 2 ~ apportionment, aid to fire departments, as paid <br /> annually by the State Insurance Department. Insurance firms <br /> have voluntarily undertaken,. finally, to properly allocate <br /> these funds, so no special legislation will be sought at <br /> the coming session of the Minnesota legislature. <br />Trustee The council members took note of the fact that Trustee Rekstad <br />Rekstad was finishing his three year term of office as a Village <br />1as~ Trustee, and since he did not enter as a candidate in the <br />meeting recent Village election, his service as a trustee waa <br />completed with this meeting. Members individually expressed <br />their thanks to Trustee Rekstad for his services during his <br />term of office. <br />Adjourn On motion by Shavor, seconded by Rekstad, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 10:50 P.
