The minutes were then approved as corrected. <br />Summons re In connection with the summons dated December 21t, 1953, <br />registering naming the Village of Falcon Heights a defendant in the <br />title ?~aple matter of application of Cetera Realty Corporation to <br />Knoll Addn. register title to Clapp-Thommsen t1~Jlaple Knolls' addition, <br /> Attorney Graham's letter of January 11, 19511, was <br /> summarized, the attorney reporting that since the Village <br /> has no interest in the property he would not advise putting <br /> in an answer to the summons, and that while he knew of no <br /> special assessments against the property that tYie clerk <br /> could determine this, Cartwright moved approval of the <br /> attorney's recommendation subject to check by the clerk of <br /> any special assessments against the property.
