<br />Meeting called to order at 7:1~0 P.M., roll call recording all council members present
<br />as follows: Robert E. Stenzinger, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; Andrew Hustrulid,
<br />Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee; Clyde Stewart, Clerk. Also present - William
<br />E. Olsen, Treasurer; Frank N. Graham, Attorney.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting, April 28, 195l~ and of special meeting, May 5, 195, were
<br />heard and approved as read.
<br />Fire Dept. was on motion by Cartwright, seconded by Stenzinger, ordered
<br />Regn. #28 approved.
<br />Zenor applic. Application from Master Gas Installer's license from Ralph E.
<br />for M.G.I. Zenor, 203l~ Asbury, for periods May 12 th ru June 30, 19511
<br />license and for July 1, 1951 thru June 30, 1955, was considered.
<br /> On motion by Cartwri ght, seconded by Stenzinger, it was voted
<br /> to authorize issuance of said license subject to approval of
<br /> our Village Gas Inspector.
<br />Constable's The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York bond in the
<br />bond amount of $500.00 for Constable elect Henry J. Dachtera,
<br /> for period January 2, 1954 thru December 31, 19511. On motion,
<br /> by Cartwrig t, sec nded by Hustrulid, it was voted to accept
<br /> the bondfi with the Clerk.
