„~~ .. ,~ J REGULAR. MEETING, WEDNESDAY, JULY 11, 1956 Meeting called. to order at 7:30 P,M., with all council members present as follows: William R. Utecht, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee; Harold C. Nilsen, Trustee; Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk. Also present: Frank N. Graham, Attorney. Absent: William ~. Olsen, Treasurer ~~.., Minutes of regular meeting, June 27, 1956, were heard and approved as read. Cigarette licenses: Applications to sell cigarettes at retail, together with $12.00 check covering annual license fee, were received from each of the following: Flameburger Corporation ffiomberg Drug Store National Tea Company Approved on motion by Nilsen, seconded by Utecht. Ice cream stand license On motion by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen, application of Norman Brausen and Marvin Fortney to operate. an ice cream stand at 1702 N. Snelling Avenue, was approved. Off Sale beer license On motion by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen, application of the National Tea Company for bff-safie beer license at 1553 Larpenteur Avenue West, approved. Gasoline Service Station license (Shell) Application to operate a gasoline filling. station at 11107 Larpenteur Avenue West, was received from Carroll J. Nelson, manager and station operator, Shell Oil Company, together with check for ffi40.00 covering license fee thru June 30, 1957: On motion by Cartwright, seconded by Stewart, issuance of the license was authorized. Master Gas Installer licenses On motion by Stewart, seconded by Utecht, it was voted to approve issuance of Master Gas Installer license to each of the following firms Standard Heating Company H.O. Soderlin Plumbing & Heating Company Gas Equipment Company Requisition No. 86 covering rubber stamp for building inspector, linoleum and office supplies for Clerk's office, was approved on motion by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen.
