CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota was held on the 10th day of October, 1979. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Steele, McGough, Brown and Stone, and the following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember McGough introduced the following Resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 79-24 <br />WHEREAS, the County of Ramsey is proposing to reconstruct Roselawn Avenue <br />from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland Avenue with financial assistance of the Cities <br />of Falcon Heights and Roseville and, <br />WHEREAS, the County is desirous of both cities to participate in such an <br />improvement program under Minnesota State Aid Financing. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Falcon <br />Heights that the City of Falcon Heights participate with Roseville and Ramsey <br />County in the construction of Roselawn Avenue from Fairview Avenue to Cleveland <br />Avenue and further approve the final plans. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Brown and upon a vote being taken the following voted in favor <br />thereof;` Mayor Wark~tien, Councilmembers Steele, McGough, Brown and Stone and <br />the following voted against same: None. <br />• WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />~~ <br />Willis C.
