4.8 Construction Access/Staging <br />The contractor will be responsible for providing access to properties throughout the project. <br />Adequately signed detours will be identified to direct traffic around the construction zones and <br />notify users of the increased truck and construction activity as needed. <br />4.9 Public Involvement <br />A Neighborhood Open House for the proposed improvements was conducted on December 14, <br />2015, for property owners.
