H.2 Public Hearing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program <br />As part of the City's MS4 permit Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff will go through the <br />City's current SWPPP and update the council on possible changes to the program and answer <br />questions regarding the City's SWPPP. As part of the SWPPP educational component, staff is <br />recommending the City of Hugo become a member of East Metro Water Resource Education <br />Program at an annual cost of $2,500. <br />J.1 Update on Governor's Water Summit on Saturday February 27, 2016 <br />On Saturday, February 27, 2016, City Administrator Bryan Bear attended the Governor's Water <br />Summit held at the Capitol. Bryan will provide Council with an update on this meeting. <br />L.1 Update on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />Council Members Phil Klein and Chuck Haas will report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon Network <br />activities held recently. <br />M.1 Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf Comedy Show on Friday, March 11, 2016 <br />The Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf will host Comedy Night on Friday, Marchl 1, 2016 at <br />7:30 p.m. at Running Aces. Seating begins at 6:30. Staff recommends Council schedule the <br />event as a meeting if the Council chooses to attend. <br />M.2 Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf Pasta Dinner on Saturday, April 2, 2016 <br />The Hugo Good Neighbors Food Shelf will hold their 4th Annual Pasta Dinner to raise funds for <br />their new building on April 2, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. at the Hugo American Legion. Staff <br />recommends Council schedule the event as a meeting if the Council chooses to attend. <br />M.3 Kidz n' Biz Saturday, April 30, 2016 <br />The Annual Kidz -n -Biz Fest will take place on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Oneka <br />Elementary School from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Staff recommends Council schedule the event <br />as a meeting if the Council chooses to attend. <br />MA Schedule Workshop for Lions Park Discussion <br />The Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission included in their 2016 goals to hold a <br />workshop with the City Council to discuss Lions Park. The Lions Park preliminary master plan was <br />approved by the City Council at their March 2, 2014 meeting. The Parks Commission would like to <br />discuss phasing and funding options for development of the park. There is a preference for the <br />workshop to be scheduled during the week of Monday, April 25- Thursday, April 28; or Wednesday, <br />May 4; or Thursday, May 5. Staff recommends scheduling a workshop with the Parks Commission <br />to discuss Lions Park <br />N. Adiourn <br />
