Resolution 2016-6 <br /> Page 2 <br /> a. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the City Engineer's <br /> memo dated February 18, 2016. <br /> b. The developer shall provide an escrow in the amount of $10,150 to purchase <br /> wetland banking credits in the event that the in-advance, project specific credits, <br /> are not available. <br /> c. The developer shall revise the final plat to show a drainage and utility easement <br /> over the remaining wetland on site. <br /> d. The developer must comply with all conditions outlined in the Washington <br /> County memo dated February 10, 2016. <br /> e. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, county, state, and federal permits. <br /> f. All escrows, fees, and charges shall be paid. <br /> 8. Prior to the issuance of any building permits and release of any remaining escrow, the <br /> developer must comply with the following conditions: <br /> a. The developer shall file the Final Plat and associated documents at Washington <br /> County. Proof of recording must be provided to the City. <br /> b. Documentation that the developer has been added to the Frenchman Place Road <br /> Owners Association, Inc. and shares in responsibility of maintenance of common <br /> areas, including private drives, shared signage, etc. shall be submitted for City <br /> review and approval and recorded with the final plat. <br /> c.
