Resolution 20I6 - <br />Page 4 <br />submittal. A written copy of the ARC approval shall be submitted with the <br />building permit application for each building. The City shall review the building <br />architecture for compliance with the approved plans prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />d. At the time of final plat approval for each phase of the development, the <br />applicant shall submit PUD Final Plans for the review and approval of the City <br />staff. <br />e. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br />8. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the first building, the applicant must <br />comply with the following conditions: <br />a. The landscape buffer around the perimeter of the site shall be fully installed. <br />b.
