The Yellow Ribbon Network and <br />Blue Star Moms help the Bayport Legion with Bingo and meat raffles. Gambling Manager <br />Marion Zimney will be at the meeting to present the YRN and Blue Star Moms a donation on <br />behalf of the Bayport Legion. <br />F.2 Carnelian -Marine St. Croix Watershed District Board Members Thomas Polasik, <br />Kristen Tuenge and David DeVault <br />The term of office for Thomas Polasik, Stillwater Township; Kristen Tuenge, Scandia; and David <br />DeVault, May Township, all seeing reappointment, will expire on June 21, 2016. At the April 18, <br />2016 meeting, Council approved a letter to be sent to Washington County requesting the deadline <br />to submit nominees for the board positions be extended to allow the City Council to meet with the <br />three incumbents. The County agreed to extended the deadline, and Tom, Kristen, and David will <br />be present to meet the Council and answer questions regarding the Carnelian -Marine St. Croix <br />Watershed District. <br />F.3 Park, Recreation, and Open Space Commission 2015 Annual Report <br />Annually, a report is prepared with information on the year's activities of the Parks, Recreation, <br />and Open Space Commission. Parks Planner Shayla Denaway will present the 2015 Annual <br />Report to Council. <br />G.1 Approval of Claims <br />Staff recommends Council approve the Claims Roster as presented. <br />G.2 Approve Annual Performance Review for Parks Planner Shavla Denaway <br />On May 11, 2009, the City Council approved the hiring of Shayla Denaway as the Economic <br />Development/Parks Intern, and on May 3, 2010, Council approved promoting Shayla as the new <br />Parks Planner. Public Works Director Scott Anderson recommends approval of the annual <br />performance review for Parks Planner Shayla Denaway. <br />
