Approve Annual Performance Review for Building Official Chuck Preisler <br />3. Approve Pay Request No. 2 to Arnt Construction for Rosemary Way Street and Utility <br />Proj ect <br />4. Approve Proclamation Supporting BearPower <br />5. Approve Tobacco License for Truckers Inn Hugo <br />6. Approve Hiring of Arlo Werner as Compost Site Seasonal Worker <br />7. Approve Auto Dismantling License for Hugo Auto & Truck Parts <br />8. Approve SHIP Grant for Speed Signs at Oneka Elementary <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Building Official Chuck Preisler <br />Chuck Preisler was hired by the City of Hugo as the new Building Inspector on November 29, <br />2004 and was promoted to Building Official in April 2010. Adoption of the Consent Agenda <br />approved the annual performance review for Building Official Chuck Preisler. <br />Approve Pay Request No. 2 to Arnt Construction for Rosemary Way Street and Utility <br />Proiect <br />Staff received Pay Request No. 2 from Arnt Construction for work done to date on the Rosemary <br />Way Street and Utility Project. Staff reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for <br />work to date. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the pay request to Arnt Construction in <br />the amount of $345,130.44. <br />Approve Proclamation Supporting BearPower <br />At its October 20, 2014 meeting, Council listened to a presentation by Alli Zomer, Project <br />Manager with HealthPartners/Children's Hospitals and Clinics, who explained the community <br />movement to address obesity trends in the U.S. called BearPower. Alli explained that <br />BearPower works through partnerships, local events, and programs to promote healthier <br />
