Motion carried. Approval of Claims Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. Approve Pay Request No. 6 to Municipal Builders, Inc. for Well No. 6 The City received Pay Request No. 6 from Municipal Builders, Inc. for the construction of Well House No. 6. Public Works Director Scott Anderson and City Engineer Jay Kennedy reviewed the Pay Request and found it satisfactory for work completed to date on the project. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 6 to Municipal Builders in the amount of $74,361.25 for the work completed to date on Well House No. 6. Approve Advertisement for Bids for the 145th Street Sidewalk Improvement Project At its August 6, 2012 meeting, Council reviewed the proposed construction schedule for the improvements to the sidewalk along 145th Street North, with the work to be completed in 2012. Staff had to secure pricing for the project and found contractors were backlogged for work for the remainder of 2012, and prices would be more favorable if the project was completed in spring, 2013. Staff requested to advertise for bids and have the work take place in late May/June, 2013. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the advertisement for bids through the City newspaper and to hold a bid opening on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 at 11:00 am. This will be followed by the City Council's consideration of the bids at a following City Council meeting. Approve Cancellation of March 4, 2013 City Council Meeting and Reschedule Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) Public Hearing for March 18, 2013 Staff has reviewed the agenda for the March 4, 2013 meeting and determined the only item on the agenda is the SWPPP Public Hearing. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved cancelling the March 4, 2013 City Council meeting and rescheduling the SWPPP Public Hearing for March 18, 2013. Approve Advertisement for Public Works Seasonal Employees For the past several years, the City has hired five seasonal Public Works positions to help maintain the City's park system and building grounds as well as assist in road patching crews and other work as needed. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the advertisement for Public Works Seasonal employees for 2013.
