Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for April 15, 2013 <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />Spring Cleanup on Saturday, April 20, 2013 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council of the annual Spring Cleanup event on <br />Saturday, April 20, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The event is held at the Hugo Public Works <br />building from 8 a.m. to noon. <br />Kidz -n -Biz on Saturday, April 20, 2013 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council of the Annual Kidz -n -Biz Fest on <br />Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Oneka Elementary School from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br />Petryk made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule Saturday April 20, 2013 as a meeting of the <br />Council for the Kids `n Biz Festival at the Oneka Elementary School. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />White Bear Lake School Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council of the White Bear Lake School District <br />Board meeting on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the District Office at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of <br />the meeting is to share the results of the Athletic Facility Study. This has been scheduled as a <br />meeting of the Council. <br />Roundabout Open House May 9, 2013 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that Washington County will be holding an <br />Open House for the planned Roundabout at CSAH4/TH61 on May 9, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. at the <br />Hugo City Hall. <br />Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to schedule the Washington County Roundabout meeting as <br />a meeting of the Council on Thursday, May 9, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Minnesota Outdoor Youth Expo Scheduled for May 18-19, 2013 at Wild Wings <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that Wild Wings of Oneka will be holding the 4th <br />Annual MN Outdoor Youth Expo at Wild Wings on May 18-19, 2013. This family event is <br />designed for kids and teens to get outside and meet over 60 outdoor organizations, experts and <br />educators. There are activities at each exhibit for all ages, and most are free. There will also be <br />learning seminars and demonstrations throughout the event. The MN Outdoor Youth Expo is free <br />for children 15 years in age and younger, and $5 for adults. <br />White Bear Lake School Board Meeting on May 13, 2013 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that the White Bear Lake School Board intends <br />to approve the amendment to the Joint Powers Agreement concerning the refinancing of the <br />CSAH8 tax abatement bonds. <br />
