Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Resolution on Statutory Tort Liability Limits <br />In the late 1990's, the League of Minnesota Insurance Trust required each city that obtained <br />liability coverage from them to decide whether or not to waive the statutory tort liability limits to <br />the extent of the coverage purchased. At that time, the City Council opted not to waive the <br />statutory limits. LMCIT is requiring each member city to reaffirm their position regarding these <br />limits. Currently these limits are $500,000 per claimant and $1,500,000 per occurrence. Staff <br />recommends Council approve the resolution on statutory tort liability limits. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION -2013-9 TO NOT TO WAIVE STATUTORY TORT <br />LIABILITY LIMITS <br />Approve Subscriber Agreement and Amendment for "Fast Access" for MN Court Data <br />Services <br />Johnson/Tumer Law Firm is requesting the City approve the Master Subscriber Agreement and <br />Amendment for Fast Access for MN Court Data Services for Governmental Agencies. This <br />agreement will allow the firm to utilize and electronically access court records and court <br />documents in Washington County adult criminal cases scheduled on the first appearance, bail <br />hearing, and arraignment calendars. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION <br />2013-10 APPROVING MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR MINNESOTA <br />COURT DATA SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND MASTER <br />SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT AMENDMENT FOR FIRST APPEARANCE SUPPORT <br />TRACK (FAST) ACCESS and RESOLUTION 2013-11 APPROVING A REVISED <br />MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENTFOR MINNESOTA COURT DATA SERVICES FOR <br />GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AND A FAST ACCESS SUBSCRIBER AMENDMENT FOR <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY PILOT PROGAM. <br />Approve Amendment to Special Event Permit for Mud Games to Change Date to August <br />17, 2013 <br />At its April 1, 2013 meeting, the Council approved the Special Event Permit for the Mud Games <br />planned for Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Wild Wings of Oneka. Organizers of the Mud Games <br />are requesting to move the event to Saturday, August 17, 2013, and have cleared this with Wild <br />Wings. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the amendment to the Special Event Permit <br />for the Mud Games to be held on August 17, 2013. <br />
