Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Warrior Dash on Saturday, September 7, 2013 <br />Red Frog Events has applied for a special event permit to hold the second annual Warrior Dash <br />on Saturday, September 7, 2013 on the Woodloch Stables/Ramberg property at 5676 170th Street <br />North. This event requires a Special Event Permit approved by Council because the event is <br />expected to draw approximately 6,500 people, alcohol will be served at this event, and there will <br />be an amplified sound system. Staff has worked closely with Red Frog Event representatives on <br />the details of the event. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the special event permit for <br />the Warrior Dash on September 7, 2013 subject to the conditions of the permit. <br />Approve Temporary Liquor License for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital for <br />Warrior Dash on Saturday, September 7, 2013 <br />St Jude Children's Research Hospital has applied for a temporary liquor license to serve beer at <br />the Warrior Dash on Saturday, September 7, 2013 on the Woodloch Stables/Ramberg property. <br />St. Jude will have private security and Washington County Deputies on the site, and they have <br />provided the proper liquor liability insurance. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the <br />Temporary Liquor License for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for September 7, 2013. <br />
