Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Adam Greeder <br />In 2007, Adam Greeder was hired by the City of Hugo as one of its summer seasonal <br />maintenance workers in the Hugo Public Works Department. On October 6, 2008, Adam <br />became a full-time employee as an apprentice for the Public Works Maintenance Worker. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works <br />Worker Adam Greeder. <br />Approve Proclamation Proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month <br />The City of Hugo has been contacted by a member of a Toastmasters group in White Bear Lake <br />requesting the City of Hugo proclaim the month of October as Toastmasters month. Adoption <br />of the Consent Agenda approved the proclamation proclaiming October as Toastmasters Month. <br />Approve Hiring of Scott Barsness as Compost Site Employee <br />At its August 19, 2013 meeting, the Council approved the hiring of Peter Schmidt as a seasonal <br />compost site employee. The Public Works Department is requesting to hire another employee to <br />share hours with Peter. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the hiring of Scott Barsness <br />as a Seasonal Compost Site Employee. <br />Approve Final Pay Request to E.H. Renner and Sons for Well No. 6 <br />Staff has received the twelfth and final pay request from E.H. Renner and Sons for the <br />construction of Well No. 6. City Engineer Jay Kennedy and Senior Engineering Technician <br />Steve Duff have reviewed the pay request and found it to be satisfactory for work done. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the pay request to E.H. Renner and Sons for Well No. <br />6 in the amount of $7,815.32. <br />Approve Easement Amendment for the Oneka Ridge Water Reuse Project <br />The layout has been finalized for the Oneka Ridge project and the boundaries of the easement <br />
