They are: <br />• Update computer for database <br />• Update laptop for mobile recording <br />• Intern for website and database update work <br />• Continue oral histories <br />• Tenth anniversary of the Historical Commission celebration — Horses in Hugo <br />Discussion on Fire Department Goals <br />The Fire Department presented no specific goals for 2012; however, City Administrator Bryan <br />Bear provided Council with a review of the past year and changes being considered at the Fire <br />Department for 2012. The Council discussed the need to develop a succession plan for the Fire <br />Marshal and Fire Chief, implement a performance review system, review salaries and pension <br />plan, and review the Joint Powers Agreement with White Bear Lake for Basic Life Support <br />(BLS). <br />Discussion on Final Goals <br />Council directed staff to prepare a draft of the Council goals for approval at the next City <br />Council meeting on January 23, 2012. <br />Adjournment <br />Klein made motion, Weidt seconded, to adjourn at 10:00 pm. <br />All Ayes.
