Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for June 4, 2012 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Department Commander Cheri Dexter and several Washington County Deputies, members of the <br />Hugo Fire Department, as well as family and friends. Mayor Miron called for a short recess. <br />The meeting reconvened at 7:30 p.m. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />Haas made motion, Weidt seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda items: <br />Approval of Claims <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith <br />Approve Revisions to Hugo Fire Department Job Descriptions <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Manke at 13514 Goodview Avenue North <br />Approve Site Plan for Xcel Energy Training Barn at 13620 Fenway Boulevard North. <br />Approve Resolution Establishing Letter of Credit Policy <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi <br />Jodie was hired by the City on June 17, 2002 as a front counter receptionist when the City moved <br />into the new City Hall. Over the past ten years, Jodie has worked as the City's Utility Billing <br />Clerk in the Finance Department. Jodie also works as a member of the Hugo Fire Department as <br />a firefighter/EMS responder. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance <br />review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith <br />Tom Smith was hired by the City of Hugo on June 26, 2000. Tom has worked the past 12 years <br />on the Public Works department team. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br />performance review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith. <br />Approve Revisions to Hugo Fire Department Job Descriptions <br />The Hugo Fire Department Officers worked on revisions to the job descriptions for Firefighter, <br />Lieutenant, Safety Captain, Training Captain, Chief Engineer, Secretary, Assistant Chief, and <br />Deputy Chief. Staff has reviewed these job descriptions with newly appointed Fire Chief Kevin <br />Colvard. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the revised Hugo Fire Department job <br />descriptions as presented. Revisions to the Fire Chief and Fire Marshal Job Descriptions will be <br />presented at a later date. <br />
