Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Resolution Declaring Substandard Building and Authorization to Solicit Quotes <br />for Demolition of House at 14701 Forest Boulevard <br />Consistent with the tax increment financing (TIF) plan approved by the Council in 2007, staff <br />requested that Council approve a resolution and adopt the findings of fact for the substandard <br />condition of a house owned by the City and located at 14701 Forest Boulevard, which is in the <br />TIF district. City staff inspected a number of houses in the district, including those owned by the <br />City of Hugo, and found them to be substandard. City staff is also seeking authorization from <br />Council to proceed with the solicitation of quotes for demolition of the house at 14701 Forest <br />
