The YRN is planning a "Welcome Home" event in August. <br />Hamburger Night on June 27, 2012 will be sponsored by North Country Auto Body. The YRN <br />will be packaging care packages on June 30, 2012 from 8 a.m.-noon. Volunteers are needed as <br />well as donations for items on the wish list. <br />Approve the TH61/CSAH 4 Intersection Improvement Open House for Thursday, June 28, <br />2012 <br />At its May 21, 2012 meeting, the Council discussed with MnDOT Project Manager Marc Briese <br />and Washington County Transportation Engineer Joe Gustafson options for the TH61/CSAH 4 <br />intersection improvement project. Council encouraged MnDOT to hold an open house to discuss <br />the project with neighbors and businesses. City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that <br />MnDOT has scheduled the open house for Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 5-7 p.m. at Hugo City <br />Hall. This has been scheduled as a meeting of the City Council. <br />Approve 145th Street Sidewalk Neighborhood Meeting for Monday, July 23, 2012 <br />At its June 4, 2012 meeting, Council directed staff to schedule a neighborhood meeting to discuss <br />options for the sidewalk along 145th Street. City Administrator Bryan Bear requested Council <br />schedule the neighborhood meeting for Monday, July 23, 2012 from 6-7 p.m. at Hugo City Hall. <br />Haas made motion, Weidt seconded, to schedule the neighborhood meeting to discuss the sidewalk <br />on 145th Street for Monday, July 23, 2012 from 6-7 p.m. at Hugo City Hall. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried <br />Reminder of Business Networking Breakfast on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 7:30 a.m. <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded the Council of the Business Networking Breakfast <br />hosted by the Hugo Business Association and Hugo Economic Development Authority on <br />Tuesday, June 19, 2012 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The speaker for the event will be Tawnya <br />Chandler from Century College who will be presenting on a variety of Human Resource topics. <br />Adjournment <br />Haas made motion, Becky seconded, to adjourn at 8:20 p.m. <br />All Ayes.
