Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for September 17, 2012 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />Michele Lindau was hired as the new City Clerk in the City of Hugo on January 1, 2008. <br />Michele was originally hired by the City of Hugo as a part time employee in 1997 and a full time <br />employee beginning May 1, 1999. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br />performance review for City Clerk Michele Lindau. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Paul Christianson <br />The City of Hugo hired Paul Christianson as a public works worker on September 27, 2004. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance for Public Works Worker <br />Paul Christianson. <br />Approve Pay Request No. 5 to Dresel Contracting, Inc. for Lake Air Estates/Bald Eagle <br />Estates/CSAH8 Proiects <br />The City of Hugo has received Pay Request No. 5 from Dresel Contracting, Inc. for the Lake Air <br />Estates/Bald Eagle Estates roadway and drainage improvement project, and the CSAH 8 mill and <br />overlay project. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff and City Engineer Jay Kennedy have <br />reviewed the Pay Request and found it satisfactory for work completed to date on the projects. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 5 to Dresel Contracting, Inc. in the <br />amount of $127,088.22 for the work completed to date on the Lake Air/Bald Eagle Estates and <br />CSAH 8 projects. <br />Approve Completion of Probationary Period for David Jensen and Appointment as <br />Firefighter <br />On September 19, 2012, David Jensen's probation period on the Hugo Fire Department ended. <br />David had completed all the necessary requirements to be moved to full time status. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the completion of the probation period and appointment as <br />firefighter for David Jensen effective September 20, 2012. <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Fearless Firefighter Fun Run on Saturday, October 6, <br />2012 <br />The City of Hugo received an application from the Hugo Fireflies for the Fearless Firefighters <br />Fun Run event scheduled for Saturday, October 6, 2012 as part of the Hugo Fire Department <br />Open House. The 5K Fun Run includes a 1/2 mile kids run, and is an opportunity for residents <br />and families to help raise funds for Fire Department equipment. The event will take place from 9 <br />am — noon, and approximately 75 - 100 people are expected to participate. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the Special Event Permit for the Fearless Firefighter Fun Run on <br />Saturday, October 6, 2012. <br />Approve Pay Request No. 1 to Municipal Builders for Well House No. 6 <br />The City of Hugo has received Pay Request No. 6 from Municipal Builders for the construction <br />of Well House No. 6. Public Works Director Scott Anderson and City Engineer Jay Kennedy <br />had reviewed the Pay Request and found it satisfactory for work completed to date on the <br />
