Approval of the Consent Agenda Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda items: Approval of Claims Approve Assessment Agreement for Thomas and Kathryn Drewry for 1991 Road Project Approve Annual Snowmobile Trail Application for the Hugo Snowmobile Club Approve Annual Snowmobile Trail Application for the Rice Creek Trail Association Approve Hiring of Carrie Seiberlich as a Probationary Firefighter on the Hugo Fire Department Approve Pay Request No. 1 to Hardrives, Inc. for Irish Avenue Improvements Approve Site Plan for Xcel Energy Building Addition at 13620 Fenway Boulevard North Approve Review of CUP for Lametti and Sons, Inc. Approve Review of SUP for Bald Eagle Sportsman Association Approve Lot line Adjustment for Hauble at 5460 and 5490 125th Street North Approve Resignation of Firefighter Zac Wellner from the Hugo Fire Department All Ayes. Motion carried. Approval of Claims Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. Approve Assessment Agreement for Thomas and Kathryn Drewry for 1991 Road Project Thomas and Kathryn Drewry requested an assessment agreement to allow them to continue to make annual payments on the assessment for the 1991 road paving project. The Drewrys were enrolled in the Green Acres Program from 1994 — 2011, and payments are deferred while in the program. Recent reclassification of their property has removed them from Green Acres and the balance on the assessment is now due. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Assessment Agreement for Thomas and Kathryn Drewry for the 1991 Road Project.
