Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for April 4, 2011 Page 9 of 9 Oneka/Huy PTA Gold Plate Dinner on Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Hugo American Legion City Administrator Mike Ericson informed the Council the City of Hugo received notification from the Oneka/Hugo PTA that it will be holding its 5th Gold Plate Dinner on Friday, April 29, 2011 at the Hugo American Legion. The public is invited to attend with only 100 tickets available. Dog and Cat - Spay and Neuter Clinic at Lions Park on Saturday, June 18, 2011 In September 2010, the City of Hugo held its first Pet Spay and Neuter Day, which was coordinated by SNAP and was well attended by Hugo residents. City Administrator Mike Ericson informed the Council SNAP and the City of Hugo have scheduled another Spay and Neuter Clinic for Saturday, June 18, 2011. SNAP will bring a clinic trailer to the City Hall parking lots and spay and neuter pre -registered animals. Expiration of Terms for Manager Positions on the Carnelian Marine -St. Croix Watershed District City Administrator Mike Ericson informed the Council the City has received notification from Washington County that the terms for manager positions on the Carnelian Marine -St. Croix Watershed are set to expire in June. Any residents living in the Carnelian Marine -St. Croix Watershed District interested in serving on the Board should contact the City of Hugo or Washington County for more information. Blue Star Mothers Group Council Member Chuck Haas informed the audience the Blue Star Mothers Group will be forming a Hugo Chapter. Blue Star Mothers is an organization to support Military Members and their families. The group will be meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 7 p.m. at the Hugo American Legion.
