Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for September 19, 2011 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />Approve Special Event Permit for the Hugo Fireflies for the Fearless Firefighter Fun Run <br />on Saturday, October 29, 2011 <br />The City of Hugo received an application from the Hugo Fireflies for the Fearless Firefighters <br />Fun Run event scheduled for Saturday, October 29, 2011. The event is a Halloween themed 5K <br />fun run with a'/2 mile kids run. Fireflies Amy and Robin explained the event is an opportunity <br />for residents and families to help raise funds for a car seat clinic and extrication equipment for <br />the fire department. They stated the Hugo Fireflies would like to become more involved in the <br />community. <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the Special Event Permit for the Fearless <br />Firefighter Fun Run on Saturday, October 29, 2011. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />Approval of Claims <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Paul Christianson <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tim Kieffer <br />Approve Temporary 3.2 Beer License for the Hugo Lions Club for the Hugo Hoe Down Event <br />on September 24, 2011 <br />Approve Adoption of Resolution of Support for the Renewal of White Bear Lake Schools <br />Current Levy <br />Approve Minor Subdivision for Kersten at 7139 165th Street North <br />Approve Pay Request No. 4 from Northdale Construction for Construction of the South Ethan <br />Street Improvement Project <br />Approve Leave Of Absence for Fire Fighter Mike Childs from the Hugo Fire Department <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for City Clerk Michele Lindau <br />Michele Lindau was hired as the new City Clerk in the City of Hugo on January 1, 2008. <br />Michele was originally hired by the City of Hugo as a part time employee in 1997 and a full time <br />employee beginning May 1, 1999. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual <br />performance review for City Clerk Michele Lindau. <br />
