Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance for Public Works Worker Paul Christianson. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tim Kieffer On September 27, 2004, the City hired Tim Kieffer as a public works worker. Public Works Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Public Works Worker Tim Kieffer. Approve Temporary 3.2 Beer License for the Hugo Lions Club for the Hugo Hoe Down Event on September 24, 2011 The City of Hugo has received an application from the Hugo Lions Club for approval of a temporary 3.2 beer license for its first annual Hugo Hoedown event scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2011. Earlier on the agenda, the Council approved the Special Event Permit, which would allow the Lions to hold its event in Lions Park on Saturday, September 24, 2011. City staff has reviewed the application and found it to be satisfactorily complete along with the naming of the City of Hugo as additional insured. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the temporary 3.2 beer license for the Hugo Lions Club to allow for the sale of 3.2 beer at the Lions First Annual Hugo Hoedown event scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2011 Approve Adoption of Resolution of Support for the Renewal of White Bear Lake Schools Current Levy At its September 6, 2011 meeting, the Hugo City Council agreed to publically support the renewal of the White Bear Lake School District's current levy for the November 8, 2011 election. City staff was directed to prepare a resolution and findings of fact to support the renewal of the levy. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2011-28, A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FROM THE CITY OF HUGO FOR THE PROPOSED WHITE BEAR LAKE SCHOOL DISTRICT #624 LEVY AND BOND REFERENDUM. Approve Minor Subdivision for Kersten at 7139 165th Street North Scott and Sue Kersten, 7139 165th Street North, have applied for a minor subdivision of a 40 acre parcel. The minor subdivision will split the 40 parcel into two parcels, a 10 acre parcel and a 30 acre parcel. At its September 8, 2011 meeting, the Planning Commission considered and held a public hearing on the request. There was no one that spoke during the public hearing except the applicant. Staff recommended approval of the request, and the Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the minor subdivision to the City Council. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2011-29 APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION FOR SCOTT AND SUE KERSTEN FOR 7139 165' STREET NORTH.
